1. Composition ratio

Since the material is an alloy material, the ratio of PC and ABS is crucial, not only related to performance, but also related to cost. Generally speaking, the price of PC is slightly higher than that of ABS. The higher the proportion of PC, the higher the cost. At the same time, since the specific gravity of PC is much higher than that of ABS (PC is 1.20, while ABS is 1.04), the specific gravity of PC/ABS materials with high PC content is also higher than that of materials with low PC content, and the specific gravity is directly related to the gram weight of the product, which further increases the cost.

2. Raw material cost

Generally speaking, the price of imported raw materials is still higher than that of domestic raw materials; the price of new materials is higher than that of recycled materials; the price of genuine materials is higher than that of secondary materials, and even between the same brands, the price may still be different. 3. Other factors

Other factors include dyeing, modification, etc. As the dyeing cost increases, the material cost will naturally increase. Some customers also require modification requirements such as aging resistance and cold resistance, so it will also have a certain impact on the cost.
